Applications Open For YES Challenge Korea 2014, Empowering Global Youth Entrepreneurs

SMBA (Small & Medium Business Association) & KOVA (Korea Venture Association) will jointly host 2014 YES Challenge Korea in Seoul, November 16-21. This global event is designed to inspire young entrepreneurs under the slogan, “Make it possible! Yes Challenger!”

Attendees will build a range of skills including global problem-solving for social change and entrepreneurship. This will be facilitated through workshops and sharing sessions.

Over 30 executives and entrepreneurs will appear at the event to share their insights and demonstrate their technologies & share their experiences of building and managing global enterprises. The event will feature programs to promote entrepreneurship inculding idea generation arounnd solving social problems, networking socials, start-up visits, presentations of representative entrepreneurship role-models of Korea, chances to experience Korean traditional culture, etc. Please spread the word to your students and young entrepreneurs for this exciting opportunity to feel surprising economic growth and entrepreneurship of Korea and to search for business opportunities.

Day 2 : Team project: Build Business Models for Sustainability (A mentor will be assigned to each team)
Day 3 : Pitch Team project evaluation & Education Program for Entrepreneurship
Day 4 : Networking party
Day 5 : Visit to Korean and International venture-backed companies
Day 6 : Cultural Tour of Seoul City (Traditional & modern area)
