Who better to discuss current & future investment opportunities in Asia than three venture capitalists based in The US, with Korean roots? Eric Kim, Tae HeaNahm and Han Kim all have extensive knowledge about investing in Asia/Korea and have many success stories resulting from their combined portfolios in the region. They will be sharing their insights on a panel discussion at beGLOBAL.
Tae HeaNahm is a founding general partner of Storm Ventures. He has incubated and invested in many industry-leading mobile and SaaS companies, as the first or early investor.
Eric Kim is a Managing Director with Maverick Capital where he focuses on the Firm’s private investments globally and has led a number of investments in technology-based companies. Specific to Korea, Maverick has made investments in KakaoTalk and Coupang and continues to seek emerging innovative companies.
Han Kim is the co-founder and co-CEO of Altos Ventures, which mainly invests in software and business projects, and he has a particular focus on business in Asia, especially in Korea.
