2월 5일 주요 프로그램은 글로벌 로펌 굿윈(Goodwin Procter LLP) 실리콘밸리 오피스에서 열렸으며, 굿윈, 스트롱벤처스, 아이엠오벤처스, 프라이머사제파트너스, 플러그앤플레이테크센터, 에이세미트리벤처스, 사비튜드, 펀드파이어 등에서 참석했다.

2월 5일 프로그램은 글로벌 투자사 아미노 캐피탈(Amino Capital)에서 시작했으며, 수 슈(Sue Xu) 매니징 파트너가 참석한 가운데 스타트업 발표 및 네트워킹이 이어졌다. 수 슈 매니징 파트너는 2019년 3월에 열린 TIPS-beSUCCESS 스타트업 글로벌 프로젝트 1기 프로그램에 참석한 바 있으며, 이후 한국 스타트업과 접점을 가지기 위해 다각도로 노력하고 있다.
