Samsung kept its No.1 position in the Global smartphone market the in 3^rd quarter of 2012.

According to Bloomberg, Samsung sold 5,6300,000 smartphones in the 3^rd quarter of 2012 which is the highest record in global telecom market.

Nokia takes 2^nd place with the 18.7% market share in terms of the volume sales after Samsung, which enjoys a market share of 23.7%. Apple was 3^rd with 15% market share. LG’s recent intensive push to reach the top among smartphone makers has helped them to be ranked 4^th after Apple.

The telecom market has grown by 2.4% compared to last year.
